Job Coach
The Job Coaches provide guidance and advice to students on employment opportunities. Job Coaches source for and liaise with relevant employers for training opportunities and work experience for students.
The Job Coaches support and monitor the students on site and maintain information on outcomes. They also undertake initiatives to prepare students for open employment through transition planning and on-going partnership with employers, families and stakeholders.
