Responsibilities

• Perform job matching and job re-design
• Develop transition plan for individual student from school to open employment
• Source for suitable employers
• Monitor student progress, achievements and participation at workplace through appropriate
  documentation and recordkeeping
• Working closely with employer partners and their employees in understanding our students at
  workplace
• Establishes, nurtures, and sustains strong working relationships with students, caregivers, alumni, as well as corporate and community partners through purposeful and meaningful engagements and activities.
• Conducts briefings, school visits, and engagement sessions for new and existing partners to align expectations and collaboration objectives.

Requirements

• Min Diploma from recognized institution with 5 GCE “A” &/or “O’ level credits
• Trained with Diploma in Special Education (DISE) is an advantage
• Relevant experience in working with special needs students is preferred
• Ability to establish rapport and motivate others
• Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident may apply
