Metta School is honoured to have Minister of State for MOE and MSF, Ms Sun Xueling; and distinguish guests from MOE, MSF and SG Enable visit Metta School on the 11 April 2022. Our distinguish guests includes Mrs Lucy Toh, Divisional Director, Special Educational Needs Division; Mrs Dayna Chia, Director, Special Education Branch; Ms Ku Geok Boon, CEO, SG Enable; Mr Lee Yew Cheong, Director, Service Administration Division, SG Enable; Mr Wong Yu Jin, Deputy Director, Disability Office; and Ms Wong Geok Mei, Senior Inspector, Special Education Branch.

Ms Sun and guests visited the vocational training facilities and interacted with our students at the baking kitchen, the food preparation kitchen, housekeeping training facilities and served food and drinks at our training café. Our guests then observed a Physical Education class in action and visited the interim site for Maitri Programme.

After the school tour, Ms Sun and guests have a dialogue session with our School Management Committee, followed by dialogue session with staff members and parents.
